The Red Hat Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Modernization team is hiring a Business Analyst to support the continued development & maintenance of the platform. You will assist with the design processes and changes to processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions. This is accomplished through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business processes & systems. You’ll play a key part in accelerating our journey to a brand new instance of Salesforce.com (Lightning) that will support Red Hat’s future growth. As a Business Analyst, you will coordinate with cross-functional SMEs and Key Interlocks to ensure business vision / requirements are meeting the needs of the organization. What will you do: Work with cross-functional teams to map features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Architect and IT development teams to deliver features in a timely manner Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively Hand on key support for Out Of the Box Configurations and workflow set up tied to the process requirements Responsible for writing UAT Scripts to ensure full end-to-end testing of functionality before releasing into production Coordinate UAT activities across multiple business and technical teams Supports adoption and business benefits through white glove support during each release with through training and engagement with the user community Will provide front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics across multiple platforms What will you do: 5+ years experience working as a business analyst with commercial experience with a vendor, reseller, or distributor in operations or IT, supporting sales tools such as CRM(Salesforce.com), CPQ/CLM, Anaplan etc In-depth knowledge of PRM and CRM systems Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customization preferred Knowledgeable in different GTM Routes on how a particular deal could be transacted; exposure to cloud marketplaces is a plus Accountable to deadlines and able to manage competing priorities Innovative and analytical problem-solving skills with close attention to detail Ability to work as part of a matrixed, agile team in a collaborative environment Excellent business insight and understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
